Chain Driven Live Roller

Chain Driven Live Roller (CDLR) conveyors are widely used to transfer heavy loads, whether they are on a pallet or in a container. They are also used on turn tables for packing lines or to simply move a heavy product in a different direction.

For our CDLR conveyor we use 3/16” formed side channels with welded cross members. The rollers are 2.5 11 ga. with 11/16” hex shafts. Double sprockets are professionally welded in our welding jig to ensure consistency. Heavy duty adjustable or fixed supports are always used on our CDLR conveyor.
