Lineshaft Conveyors

Lineshaft conveyors are powered conveyors used to move product beyond that which can be moved manually. It is also used to move product great distances at a fast but controlled speed. Best suited for horizontal applications, lineshaft conveyor systems can also be used for accumulation.

At Progress Material Handling we shear, punch and form all our own conveyor components. We also groove our own rollers, which enables us to maintain quality control and customer timelines. As with our gravity conveyor, we can also roll our lineshaft side channels allowing us to offer complete systems to our customers.

Lineshaft side channel dimensions are :

• 1 1/8” x 7 ½” x 1 1/8” using 11 gauge mild steel or pre-galvanized steel.

We can groove 1.4” , 1.9” , 2.5 14 ga. rollers.
